Delete your data

You can delete your Reel Machine AI account from the app.

1. Open Settings in Reel Machine AI.
2. Open Account.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

What is removed

The deletion process removes your account, synced scripts, associated cloud data, social connections, and uploaded files. Stay connected until the app confirms the result. If it reports an error, contact support before assuming the deletion is complete.

What stays

Recordings saved on your iPhone and posts already published on social media remain. Delete those separately from your device or the relevant platform.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Facebook and Instagram data

To request deletion of data associated with a Facebook or Instagram connection, contact office@lionadv.us and identify the Reel Machine AI account and connected Page or profile involved. Do not send passwords or access tokens. Revoking platform access is separate from requesting deletion of information already held by the app.

Can’t access the app?

Contact office@lionadv.us from the email associated with your account. Include “Data deletion request” in the subject. We may ask for information to verify account ownership.
