Let’s clear things up.
Is pricing per person or per organization?
The $99 monthly or $999 annual plan applies to each organization. If you create content for multiple companies, each paid company has a separate plan.
What is included in the first free recording?
One successful watermarked recording. You can use recording quality controls and simultaneous portrait and landscape output. Both outputs together count as one recording. Failed recordings do not use the allowance.
Does upgrading remove an existing watermark?
An active paid organization unlocks new recordings without the product watermark. Watermarks already included in an earlier recording are not removed retroactively.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing is $999 instead of $1,188 for twelve monthly payments: a saving of $189 per organization.
How do I manage or cancel my plan?
Manage the organization subscription through the Stripe billing portal available from the app. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the terms shown at checkout.
