Include your iPhone model and the recording settings involved when reporting a camera issue. Available resolutions, frame rates, codecs, and HDR options depend on your device.
Account and billing help
Use the email associated with your account when you contact support. Manage an active organization subscription through Manage billing in the app. Stripe provides the billing and cancellation controls.
Connected social accounts
Check that you are in the company associated with the connection, then review the selected Page or profile. Include the platform and company name if you need help.

Where are my recordings?
Recordings saved by the app are in the Library on your iPhone. Deleting your account does not delete those local videos.
How do I change the stories I see?
Open your brand, choose Change industry, and select the field that fits your work. Saved scripts and videos stay in your library.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For web billing, sign in and choose Manage billing to cancel through Stripe. Apple-billed subscriptions, when available, are managed in Apple Subscriptions. Cancel before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account in the app. Review the data-deletion page for what is removed and what remains.
Does upgrading remove an old recording’s watermark?
No. An active organization plan creates new recordings without the product watermark. A watermark already included in a free recording remains in that file.
