1. Who handles your information
LION ADV, INC. operates ReelMachine AI and is responsible for personal information processed for its own service purposes. Privacy contact: office@lionadv.us. Effective September 27, 2026. This policy covers the iPhone app, website and connected services. Your selected news market does not by itself establish your legal residence.
2. Information we receive
Account: email, user identifier, authentication details and provider profile information you authorize. Brand: business name, website, industry, country/language preference, editable identity, script style and call to action. Content: source links, imported text or metadata, research requests, scripts, transcripts, subtitles and selected media. Social: connected profile/Page IDs, account names, authorization tokens, destination and publishing status. Service: subscription status, transaction references, usage, job status, errors and ordinary security/connection logs. Legal choices: account ID, server timestamp, language, app version, exact document versions and hashes, and cloud-processing choice. Our acceptance records do not add precise location or device fingerprints.
3. Website imports, research and AI writing
When you request website setup, the site and relevant public pages are read to draft your brand identity, industry and CTA. You can edit them. Approved brand details, chosen sources, prompts and scripts are used in later requests to personalize drafts. OpenAI and, for supported research, Google Gemini process the text and context needed for writing and research. Gemini may use Google Search grounding. Headlines, subtitles and social captions may use different processing routes. Review all results. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information unnecessarily.
4. Recording, speech and cloud subtitles
Recording, teleprompter voice-follow, local editing and supported on-device eye-contact processing run on your iPhone. Local recordings stay there unless you request a feature that uploads them. Cloud subtitles can send extracted speech audio, the associated script and language to ZapCap; cloud rendering or selected editing/publishing operations can upload your chosen video. OpenAI can process text/transcripts for headline, caption and social-copy assistance. These cloud operations are separate from on-device Apple Speech. We do not use face processing to identify you or build an identity database. Device permissions do not replace your cloud-sharing choice.
5. Providers and recipients
Supabase provides authentication, database and selected-file storage. Cloudflare hosts the website and some delivery services. Stripe processes web checkout and billing; we receive billing references/status, not full payment-card numbers. OpenAI and Google Gemini provide supported AI writing/research. ZapCap provides cloud subtitle timing/rendering. Supadata retrieves public-link metadata and transcripts; ScrapeCreators supports some public social-source imports. RSS.app, public RSS publishers and supported public platform feeds provide news. Upload-Post processes social authorizations, uploads, scheduling and publishing to destinations you select. Administrator-only optional tools may send prompts/source context to Kie.ai for generated visuals or DataForSEO for keyword research. Those tools are not enabled for ordinary users by this notice. Apple/Google sign-in providers and chosen social platforms process their services under their own notices. We may disclose information to advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect legitimate rights, and in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
6. Why we process data
We process account details, saved content and requested features to perform our service agreement; billing and required records to meet contractual and legal duties; and proportionate security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and service administration for legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Where permission/consent is required for optional cloud AI or device features, we request it separately. We do not treat agreement to Terms or acknowledgment of this policy as blanket consent. We do not use app content for advertising or sell personal information for targeted advertising. We do not use your content to train our own general-purpose AI models. Provider processing and retention depend on the service and contractual settings; this policy does not promise zero retention by every provider.
7. Social publishing and visibility
Only connect accounts you control or are authorized to manage. Uploaded exports and caption text are sent to Upload-Post and the selected platforms when you request publishing or scheduling. Your selected visibility and the destination’s rules determine the audience. Disconnecting or withdrawing cloud permission prevents new corresponding requests; it cannot undo a request already delivered or delete published posts. Manage already scheduled/published items through their controls or contact support.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain account-linked brands, scripts and settings while needed for your account, until you delete them or the account, subject to legal needs. Job records, source caches, diagnostics and backups can follow different operational cycles; we do not promise an unimplemented automatic deletion deadline for every uploaded file. Use in-app deletion or contact us to remove app-held content. Account deletion removes active account-linked records, acceptance/permission history and uploaded objects through the deletion workflow; processor backups, billing records or legal/security records can persist where required and for no longer than their purpose requires. Local videos and destination-platform posts are not removed by account deletion. Stripe subscriptions are canceled by successful in-app deletion. A failure message means deletion has not been confirmed. Contact us for current retention information or a specific removal request.
9. International processing and security
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries outside yours. Where EEA/UK data-transfer rules apply, the relevant transfer must use a lawful mechanism such as an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards with necessary supplementary measures. Contact office@lionadv.us for information about the mechanism and safeguards relevant to your data. We use authentication, access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure. Do not submit information if you cannot authorize its processing for the requested feature.
10. Your rights and choices
You can edit brand information, manage cloud permission in Settings, disconnect social accounts, control iPhone permissions and notifications, and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or an export by contacting office@lionadv.us. Rights depend on applicable law; we may verify identity and explain lawful exceptions. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Optional cloud features stop when permission is withdrawn. You can complain to your competent data-protection authority, including Italy’s Garante at https://www.garanteprivacy.it/. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated profiling.
11. Website and minors
Website signup/sign-in uses Supabase and session storage/cookies needed for authentication. Infrastructure receives ordinary network details such as IP address and browser information. The current website does not load advertising trackers or analytics scripts. External websites have their own policies. ReelMachine AI is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
12. Updates and contact
Current documents remain available in Settings and on our website. We record the version and language you acknowledge and request updated acknowledgment or permission when required.
