Privacy policy

Reel Machine AI is operated by LION ADV, INC. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app and this website.

Information used by the app

• Account and company information: your email, account identifier, company profile, brand brief, saved topics, and settings support sign-in and personalization.
• Scripts and source material: scripts, research requests, source links, imported article text, and supported social-source metadata are used to develop and organize your content. Synced scripts and account-linked content are stored in the cloud.
• Recordings and exports: recordings are saved on your iPhone. When you choose social publishing, the selected export is uploaded for delivery to the selected platforms. Videos and posts you publish are also governed by those platforms’ policies.
• Social connections: account and Page identifiers, account names, authorization information, and your selected publishing destinations are used to connect accounts and carry out your requests. Available source content depends on platform permissions and the type of account.
• Purchases and service operation: subscription transaction information and service records are used to verify access, enforce usage limits, investigate failures, and protect accounts. Apple processes App Store payments.

AI and service providers

Text and context needed for AI features, such as your topic, source material, script, company brief, and promotion instructions, are sent to OpenAI to generate research and writing. Review generated content before recording or publishing.

RSS.app receives the public source URLs or topics you choose and supplies feeds and updates for those sources. Supabase provides account, database, and storage services. Upload-Post processes social connections and publishing requests. Supadata may process public source links and retrieve metadata or transcripts for imported source videos. The hosting provider serves this website and may process ordinary connection logs such as IP addresses and browser information.

The app uses Apple’s on-device speech recognition for supported voice-follow and caption-timing features. It uses the associated script to help prepare captions. This is separate from retrieving transcripts of imported source videos.

Device permissions

Camera and microphone access support recording. Photo Library access supports importing and saving media. Speech recognition supports voice-follow and caption timing. Notifications can be controlled in the app and iPhone Settings. You can change device permissions in iPhone Settings.

Social platform data

Connected platform data is used to show available accounts and Pages, retrieve supported source content, and publish content you choose to share. A platform connection does not provide access to all private or personal profiles. You can disconnect accounts and request deletion of app-held data.

Storage and deletion

Account-linked cloud content is retained while it is part of your account, unless you delete it or it is removed through the app’s service processes. Deleting your account removes the account and associated cloud records, social connections, and uploaded files through the app’s deletion process. Source caches, security logs, and provider backups can have different retention cycles from your account content. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies in those systems. We do not promise an automatic expiry date for uploaded exports; use account deletion or contact us to request removal. Records that must be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute may be kept for that purpose.

Deletion does not remove videos saved on your iPhone or posts already published on social platforms. It does not cancel an Apple subscription. See data deletion instructions.

Security and processing locations

We use account authentication, access controls, and encrypted network connections to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information outside your country; the protections and rights that apply depend on the relevant law and provider arrangements.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your information, manage connections, control device permissions, and delete your account. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact office@lionadv.us. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, or raise a concern with a data protection authority. We handle requests subject to applicable law and account verification. Contact us if you need help exercising these rights.

This website

This site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or an account sign-in form. Opening external links takes you to services with their own privacy policies.
